Delete Relationship

The Delete Relationship activity is used to remove an existing relationship between two entities.
The following published data element is specific to Delete Relationship. Additional published data is generated based on the class that you select when you define the activity. For a list of the data elements published by each class, see Service Manager Published Data.

Configuring the Delete Relationship Activity
To configure the Delete Relationship activity
From the Activities pane, drag a Delete Relationship activity to the active runbook. Double-click the Delete Relationship activity icon.
On the Details tab, in the Properties section, click the ellipsis button (...), and then select the Connection to the Service Manager computer that you want to use for this activity.
In the Relationship section, enter the Object GUID of the relationship object that you want to delete. Or, to automatically populate the value from the data published by a previous activity in the workflow, right-click the property box, point to Subscribe, and then click Published data. Click the published data element you want to use, and then click OK. To view additional elements, select Show Common Published Data.
