Adds a transaction record and raises the OnValueChanged event.

Parameters

• element
  Type: TElement

  The element.

• oldValue
  Type: TValue

  The current value of the property.

• newValue
  Type: TValue

  The new value of the property.

Remarks

This method is called by SetValue after the value has been changed.
