This method is called by the Visual Studio environment when a user chooses the Import/Export Settings command on the Tools menu to retrieve Visual Studio state.
For Visual Studio settings export operations, this method is called after LoadSettingsFromXml to update the VSPackage with the retrieved information and save it in local storage (typically the registry).
