TeamProjectCollectionProperties.VirtualDirectory Property
The virtual directory is the relative path from the application to the location of the collection in the application's URL namespace.
Example: Application = https://www.microsoft.com/TeamFoundation VirtualDirectry = ~/ProjectCollection/TeamSystem. The fully qualified URL of this project collection is: https://www.microsoft.com/TeamFoundation/ProjectCollection/TeamSystem.
