Logs a message to SharePoint Tools output pane and Error List depending on the specified LogCategory

Parameters

• message
  Type: String

  The message text.

• category
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.SharePoint.LogCategory

  The message log category.

• subcategoryId
  Type: Int32

  The message subcategory identifier.
