Remarks
Unlike the TextWriterTraceListener, the EqtTextWriterTraceListener can be used in multiple instances across application domains and test adapters to append trace information to the same file. However, this method is not thread safe.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
