IInstallableExtension.SignatureState Property

Denotes the presence and validity of the digital signature of the extension.

Property Value

Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.ExtensionManager.ExtensionDigitalSignatureState
InvalidCertificate if the certificate is invalid.
Or, InvalidSignature if the signature is invalid.
Or, Unsigned if the extension is unsigned.
Or, ValidSignature if the extension has a valid signature.

Remarks

Although this API supports the Extension Manager infrastructure, we recommend that you do not use it because it is subject to change.
