Create a new deployment.

• deploymentUri
  Type: System.String

  The build URI that is running the deployment.

• sourceUri
  Type: System.String

  The build URI that has the source build being deployed.

• environmentName
  Type: System.String

  The name of the environment being deployed.

Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Build.Server.BuildDeployment
The BuildDeployment for the new deployment
