To select a menu and display its menu items

• Click the menu caption on the menu bar or the parent item of the cascading menu. Then click the menu item you want.

To select one or more menu items

1. Click the menu or cascading menu you want.

2. Click to select a menu item, or press the SHIFT key while clicking to select multiple menu items. Hold down the SHIFT key and click a  selected menu item to deselect it.

   With the pointer outside the menu, drag to draw a selection box around the menu items you want to select.
