Scribble starts out with a starter ResourceView pane, which contains the default menus described in the next topic, as well as other AppWizard-generated resources, such as a toolbar, an icon to depict the application in its minimized state, and so on. Open the ResourceView pane and examine the default menus and other resources.

To examine the contents of the Scribble ResourceView pane

  1. From ResourceView, click the Scribble Resources folder.

Scribble’s resource types appear as folder icons in ResourceView.

  2. Expand any of the folders to open them and view the resources they contain; then double-click a resource to open it inside a resource editor window, where you can both view and edit it.
