IUpdateDownloader::IsForced property
Gets and sets a Boolean value that indicates whether the Windows Update Agent (WUA) forces the download of updates that are already installed or that cannot be installed.
This property is read/write.

[out] VARIANT_BOOL *retval
);
Property value
VARIANT_TRUE specifies that WUA is to force the updates to be downloaded; otherwise, VARIANT_FALSE.
Error codes
Returns S_OK if successful. Otherwise, returns a COM or Windows error code.
This method can also return the following error codes.

| WU_E_INVALID_OPERATION | The computer cannot access the update site. |
Remarks
This method returns WU_E_INVALID_OPERATION if the object that is implementing the interface is locked down.
