INetFwRule::get_ServiceName method (netfw.h)

Specifies the service name property of the application.

This property is read/write.

Syntax

HRESULT get_ServiceName(
  BSTR *serviceName
);

Parameters

serviceName

Return value

None

Remarks

This property is optional. A serviceName value of "*" indicates that a service, not an application, must be sending or receiving traffic.
