Iteration::GetMetricThresholds method
Returns the MetricThresholdCollection for the Iteration.
Syntax

The MetricThresholdCollection.
Return value
If the function succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error value.
Remarks
The MetricThresholdCollection holds information from element Iteration/MetricThresholds.
