Parameters

parameter Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.EffectHandle
An EffectHandle that is used as a unique identifier for the parameter.
value System.Boolean
Set to true to make the parameter a literal. Set to false if the parameter can change value during the shader lifetime.
