IXFeedItem::Description Method

Returns the description from the feed item.

Syntax

HRESULT Description(
    LPWSTR *ppszDescription
);

Parameters

  • ppszDescription
    [out] Pointer to a string that receives the item synopsis.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

Remarks

Description is an optional feed item element. The return value is NULL if not specified in the source.

The calling process is responsible for freeing the memory with CoTaskMemFree.
