SetByTraceAllParameterSet method of the MSFT_DtcTransactionsTraceSettingTask class
Modifies the DTC transactions trace setting of the host.
Syntax

true to enable tracing for all transactions; otherwise, false.
Return value
Returns "0" on success, otherwise returns a WMI error code.
