This function reads the specified number of bytes from an Ethernet controller into the caller-provided buffer.

Syntax

BOOL EbootEtherReadData(
  DWORD cbData,
  LPBYTE pbData
);

Parameters

• cbData
  [in] Size of the data, in bytes, to read.

• pbData
  [out] Pointer to the read buffer.

Return Value

TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.

Remarks

You must route the read operation to the correct Ethernet network driver function.
