This method creates a connection to a device.
In Windows Embedded CE 6.0, this method is deprecated.
Syntax
HRESULT ConnectDevice;
Parameters
None.
Return Value
If the method call was successful, S_OK returns.
If the method fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.
