This method creates a service information-to-service category map for a device.
In Windows Embedded Compact 2013, CoreCon HLAPI has been deprecated.
Syntax

);
Parameters
- in_bstrServiceCategoryID
[in] Service category ID.
- in_bstrServiceInfoID
[in] Service information ID associated with the category.
