This method commands a debugging target to execute a single instruction in the current thread and then halt.
Syntax

BOOL fIgnoreCurrentExcept,
BOOL fOneCycleOnly
);
Parameters
fIgnoreCurrentExcept
[in] If TRUE, this flag causes a hardware probe to ignore exceptions that occur at the current location.The debugger uses this flag to pass an exception to the OS or to operate in a "Go unhandled" mode.
fOneCycleOnly
[in] If TRUE this Boolean value causes execution to proceed for a single step of one clock cycle.If FALSE, execution proceeds for a single step of one entire instruction.
