This method retrieves the ID of a datastore object.
In Windows Embedded Compact 2013, CoreCon HLAPI has been deprecated.

BSTR* out_pbstrID
);

- out_ pbstrID
[out, retval] Language-neutral identifier for the datastore object.

Remarks
Localization requires a language-neutral name for a datastore object, because the ICcObject::Name value varies with locale.
