This structure contains information on specified flash memory.

Members

• flashType
  Type of flash, either NAND or NOR.

• dwNumBlocks
  Number of physical blocks in flash.

• dwBytesPerBlock
  Number of bytes per block.

• wSectorsPerBlock
  Number of sectors per block.

• wDataBytesPerSector
  Number of data bytes per sector.
