AdapterIPProperties (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This function implements the IP Properties dialog box displayed in the network connections UI. The IP Properties dialog box allows users to configure Internet Protocol (IP) addressing, Domain Name System (DNS) information, Windows Internet Name Service (WINS) information, and wireless local area network (LAN) settings.

Syntax

BOOL AdapterIPProperties(
  HWND hWndOwner, 
  LPTSTR szAdapterName
);

Parameters

  • hWndOwner
    [in] Handle to the owner window.
  • szAdapterName
    [in] Name of the adapter.

Return Value

TRUE indicates success. FALSE indicates failure.
