The following table shows the IOCTLs available to OS developers for the Bluetooth stack extension layer, with a description of the purpose of each.

This IOCTL retrieves the loopback status. |

This IOCTL retrieves the number of hardware errors. |

This IOCTL retrieves host flow control status. |
|
This IOCTL retrieves the connection handle for a Bluetooth device if it is connected. |

This IOCTL retrieves the mode for active baseband connections. |
|
This IOCTL retrieves the current state of the hardware, whether the card is in or out of the Bluetooth stack. |

This IOCTL retrieves the inquiry status. The status is TRUE if currently in inquiry. |

This IOCTL retrieves the inquiry parameters from the cache for a particular device. |

This IOCTL retrieves the loopback status. |

This IOCTL retrieves the number of unconfirmed packets sent to the hardware. |

This IOCTL retrieves the number of confirmed and pending packets that are in execution on the hardware. |
