ConnMgrQueryDetailedStatus (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This function returns detailed information about existing data connections.

Syntax

HRESULT WINAPI ConnMgrQueryDetailedStatus(
  CONNMGR_CONNECTION_DETAILED_STATUS *pStatusBuffer,
  DWORD                              *pcbBufferSize 
);

Parameters

• pStatusBuffer
  [out] Pointer to a buffer to be filled with the status information. The status information is stored in a CONNMGR_CONNECTION_DETAILED_STATUS structure.

• pcbBufferSize
  [in][out] Size of the buffer.

Return Values

This function returns the following values.

Value	Description
S_OK	The function call was successful.
HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_BUFFER)	The size of the supplied buffer is insufficient. In this case, pcbBufferSize will be assigned the required size of the buffer with which the function needs to be called on the next attempt. Note: It is possible that a subsequent call will fail for the same reason if changes in the network configuration occurred between the initial and subsequent calls.
E_INVALIDARG	One of the supplied arguments was invalid.
E_ACCESSDENIED	The calling process does not have sufficient privileges to use this function.

Remarks

The output from ConnMgrQueryDetailedStatus includes information about data connections only. It does not include information about any type of voice connection.
