parser::GetFirstObject (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This method accepts DIDL-Lite XML data and returns a pointer to the first object.

Syntax

bool GetFirstObject(
  LPCWSTR pszXml, 
  object* pObj
);

Parameters

• pszXml
  String that contains DIDL-Lite XML data. Retrieved from a method such as IContentDirectory::Search, IContentDirectory::BrowseChildren, IContentDirectory::BrowseMetadata, or from the strCurrentURIMetaData field of the MediaInfo structure.

• pObj
  On return, pointer to an object that contains the properties of the first DIDL-Lite object in the passed XML data.

Return Value

TRUE if the XML data was accepted and the first object returned correctly. FALSE otherwise.
