This function creates a UPnP device instance as described by the UPNPDEVICEINFO structure.
Syntax

UPNPDEVICEINFO* pDevInfo
);
Parameters
- pDevInfo
[in] Provides information about the UPnP device instance.
Return Value
Returns TRUE if the function call succeeds, FALSE if an error occurs.
