IRTCUserSearchResult::Value (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

Note

This method is unsupported in Windows Embedded CE 6.0.

This method gets the value in the specified column of the search result.

Syntax

HRESULT get_Value(
  RTC_USER_SEARCH_COLUMN enColumn,
  BSTR* pbstrValue
);

Parameters

  • enColumn
    [in] An RTC_USER_SEARCH_COLUMN enumeration value that specifies the column from which to retrieve the value.
  • pbstrValue
    [out] Pointer to a BSTR that will be filled with the retrieved value. The method allocates the buffer. The caller is responsible for releasing this memory with SysFreeString.

Return Value

This method can return an RTC_E_ constant. The following table shows additional return values and additional information about a specific return value.

Value Meaning

E_INVALIDARG

The enColumn enumeration value is not valid.

E_POINTER

The pbstrValue parameter is not a valid pointer.

RTC_E_NOT_EXIST

There is no value for this enumeration property.
