This method retrieves the text contents of this text box.

Syntax

virtual HRESULT STDMETHODCALLTYPE GetText(
    BSTR* pText
) = 0;

Parameters

• pText
  [out] Pointer to a string that contains the text contents of this text box.

Return Value

Returns an HRESULT that indicates success or failure.

Remarks

This method returns a string copy of the contents of the text box. When you call IXRTextBox::SetText, it replaces the contents of the text box by supplying the specified string.
