Remote Tools Shell: File Menu Options (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

The options on the File menu provide basic functionality to open, save, rename, and close a plug-in.
The following options are available.

Open |
Loads a plug-in from a specified folder or displays a saved data file (.rtfxdata). When you select this menu command, a File Open dialog box displays. To load a plug-in, choose a file with the .cetool file extension. To load a saved data file, choose a file with the .rtfxdata file extension. |
Save |
Saves data gathered by the current plug-in to an .rtfxdata file. |
Save As |
Saves data gathered by the current plug-in to a new file or location. |
Close Plug-in |
Closes the current plug-in or saved data file. This option is disabled if the currently selected node is a device, live data, or saved data. |
Exit |
Closes the Remote Tools Framework shell. If the Plug-in Explorer window is open, exiting the shell also closes the Plug-in Explorer window. |
