This structure represents a network operator.
Syntax

- dwMode
Mode. Values are defined by the implementation. The sample code always uses zero (0).
- Name
Operator name. 16 character maximum.

This structure is associated with the NETWORK_EVENT_QUERY_CURRENT_OPERATOR event.
