CRYPT_BIT_BLOB
This structure contains an array of bytes. In a CRYPT_BIT_BLOB structure, the last byte in the array can contain zero to seven unused bits. Therefore, the number of meaningful bits in the pbData member is equal to cbData * 8 – cUnusedBits.
