This variable is obsolete for Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.

This global variable indicates the number of milliseconds since the last time that the scheduler examined the sleep queue.

Remarks

DiffMSec requires updating by the OEM timer ISR for all CPUs. If variable ticks are used for saving power, DiffMSec is also updated in OEMIdle.
