IPMPropInfo::Value

This method obtains or sets the value of the property information object.

To obtain the value of the property information object use the following syntax.

HRESULT Value(
  VARIANT* pdwValue 
);

To set the value of the property information object use the following syntax.

HRESULT Value(
  VARIANT dwValue 
);

Parameters

  • pdwValue
    [out] Pointer to the value of the property information object. The parameter data type depends on the type of property information object.
  • dwValue
    [in] Value of the property information object. The parameter data type depends on the type of property information object.

Return Values

Returns S_OK if the call was successfully completed. If a failure occurs, the appropriate HRESULT value is returned.

OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
Header: Propinfo.h, Cemgr.idl.
