This property specifies whether the control bar is visible.

Compatibility: Windows Media Player, ActiveMovie

MediaPlayer.ShowControls [ = bShowControls ]

Parameters

  • bShowControls
    Boolean value specifying whether the control bar is visible. If true, the control bar is visible. This property is read/write with a default value of true.

Remarks

The control bar contains buttons for starting, stopping, and pausing playback. Optionally, you can add or remove the trackbar by setting the ShowTracker property.

ActiveMovie compatibility mode is only supported through Windows CE .NET 4.1.

Requirements

OS Versions: Windows CE 3.0 and later.
