Running the test

Before you run the test, complete the test setup as described in the test requirements: Mobile Broadband Testing Prerequisites. If the device supports WWAN_CTRL_CAPS_HW_RADIO_SWITCH, the test will prompt you to turn off and on the radio hardware switch.

When the test initializes, it will verify if the device supports a hardware radio switch. If the device does not support a hardware switch, no further action is needed. If the device supports a hardware radio switch, the test will put the device into three states and prompt the user to "Please turn hardware radio off (waiting for indication)" and "Please turn hardware radio on (waiting for indication)". The three states the test executes under is when the device is registered, packet attached, and when connected.
