The ISVGLength interface has these methods.

ISVGLength::convertToSpecifiedUnits | Changes the stored unit identifier to the specified type. |
ISVGLength::newValueSpecifiedUnits | Resets the specified value as a number with the specified unit type, replacing the values for all of the attributes on the object. |

Remarks
A length represents a unit of measurement, which is used to define distance. Length values are specified as a number along with a unit of measurement.
Lengths are specified in one of two ways:
- When lengths are used in a style sheet, the values are specified as
~"em"
,~"ex"
,~"px"
,~"in"
,~"cm"
,~"mm"
,~"pt"
, or~"pc"
. - When lengths are used in an SVG attribute, the values are specified as
"em"
,"ex"
,"px"
,"in"
,"cm"
,"mm"
,"pt"
,"pc"
, or"%"
.
You must specify unit identifiers by using lowercase letters.
