• pfEnable
  [out] A Boolean that indicates whether NGEN PDBs are enabled.

• pbstrNGenPdbsCachePath
  [out] A pointer to the source path.

• pbstrNGenPdbsTargetPath
  [out] A pointer to the destination path.
