Create an operation definition

Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2

To create an operation definition

Open Authorization Manager.
In the console tree, right-click Authorization Manager, and then click Options.
In the Options dialog box, click Developer mode, and then click OK.
In the console tree, right-click Operation Definitions, and then click New Operation Definition.

In the New Operation dialog box, in Name, type a name for the operation definition.
In Description, type a description for the operation definition.
In Operation number, type the specific number from 0 to 2147483647 that the application uses to identify the operation.

Notes

To open Authorization Manager, click Start, click Run, and then type: azman.msc
