Windows ATM services
Asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) is a standardized set of networking technologies that can be used to build high-speed networks that accommodate Quality of Service (QoS) for connections. Microsoft® Windows® ATM services software allows you to participate in ATM networks if you have ATM adapter hardware installed on your computer.
