The Telephony performance object provides counters for monitoring telephone-communication activity on a computer that is running a Windows Server 2003 family operating system.

Active Lines |
Shows the number of telephone or integrated services digital network (ISDN) lines that were serviced by the computer and that were in use by applications during the sample period. |

Shows the number of applications that that were using telephony services. |

Current Incoming Calls |
Shows the number of incoming calls that that were being serviced by the computer during the sample period. |

Shows the number of outgoing calls that that were being serviced by the computer during the sample period. |

Incoming Calls/sec |
Shows the rate, in incidents per second, at which incoming calls were answered by this computer. |
