Windows Media Center Extender Management
Applies To: Windows Vista
A Windows Media Center Extender can be uninstalled from the Windows Media Center PC if the Extender needs to be moved to a new Windows Media Center PC or to reset the Extender to the original default settings.
Disabling an Extender prevents it from connecting to the Windows Media Center PC, but maintains the association so that the Extender can be re-enabled and reconnected.
Enabling a disabled Extender allows it to reconnect to the Windows Media Center PC.
