PolicyClient Class
To use in policy authoring you can create a variable at a scope. Variables created at a scope can be shared between multiple policy definitions.

The ID of the target subscription. Required. |
base_url

Service URL. Default value is "https://management.azure.com". Default value: https://management.azure.com
