Fields

This controller version exists to support returning project scoped urls for fields

Operations

Create	Create a new field.
Delete	Deletes the field. To undelete a filed, see "Update Field" API.
Get	Gets information on a specific field.
List	Returns information for all fields. The project ID/name parameter is optional.
Update	Update a field.
