You can use controls and reports to effectively manage your assets in Asset Management for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

In this module, you will:

• Calculate comparisons of actual costs compared to budgeted costs using the Cost and work order date control.
• Calculate the actual hours compared to the budgeted hours using the Work order hour control.
• Create a calculation that analyzes the total number of faults over a defined period.
• Establish a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) calculation that tracks the performance of defined assets and asset types.
• Define a calculation that shows when and how long assets are used.
• Create forecasting that tracks maintenance jobs associated to projects and integrates with the Project management and accounting modules.
