Introduction
You can use controls and reports to effectively manage your assets in Asset Management for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
In this module, you will:
- Calculate comparisons of actual costs compared to budgeted costs using the Cost and work order date control.
- Calculate the actual hours compared to the budgeted hours using the Work order hour control.
- Create a calculation that analyzes the total number of faults over a defined period.
- Establish a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) calculation that tracks the performance of defined assets and asset types.
- Define a calculation that shows when and how long assets are used.
- Create forecasting that tracks maintenance jobs associated to projects and integrates with the Project management and accounting modules.
