Exercise - Create an asset consumption

You have been asked to generate an asset consumption report for 2019 that shows the work order type and job type.

1. Go to Asset management > Reports > Assets > Asset consumption.
2. In the Asset consumption dialog box, select Yes for the Work order type button and the Show job types button and then leave the other buttons set as No.
3. In the Levels field, enter 0.
4. On the Sum on all sub assets toggle button, leave the button set as No.
5. Because this report is for all of 2019, enter 1 January 2019 in the From date field and 31 December 2019 in the To date field.
6. The Destination FastTab is where you can determine how you want to view the report. For now, leave it set as Screen.
7. Because this report is for all assets, you don’t need to enter any information in the Records to include FastTab.
8. After you have finished, select OK to generate the report.
