Add a BOM line
To add a BOM line, follow these steps:
Go to Product information management > Products > Product configuration models and then select your desired record.
Expand the BOM lines FastTab and then select Add.
Enter values in the Name and Description fields.
Select Save.
Add BOM line details
To add BOM line details, follow these steps:
Select BOM line details.
Select a value in the Item number field.
Set the checkbox next to the Calculation field and then select Yes.
Select the Setup tab.
Set the checkbox next to the Quantity field and then enter a number.
Select the Dimensions tab to verify if any product dimensions are active.
Select OK.
Add a route operation
To add a route operation, follow these steps:
Go to Product information management > Products > Product configuration models and then select your desired record.
Expand the Route operations FastTab and then select Add.
Enter values in the Name and Description fields.
Select Save.
Enter route operation details
To enter route operation details, follow these steps:
Select Route operation details.
Select a value in the Operation field.
In the Oper. No. field, enter a number.
Enter a value in the Route group field.
Select the Times tab.
Enter a number in the Process qty. and Hours/Time fields.
Select the Resource requirements tab.
Select Add and then select an option in the Requirement type field.
Select an option in the Requirement field.
Select OK.
