Exercise - Release a product configuration model
After you configure your product configuration model, you can release it so that it's available. To do so, follow these steps:
Go to Product information management > Products > Product configuration models.
In the list, select your product configuration model.
Select the Model tab and then select Product model details > Versions.
Select New on the Action Pane.
Enter or select a value in the Product number field.
Select a date in the From date field.
Select a date in the To date field.
Select Approve on the Action Pane and then select a value in the Approved by field. This person is responsible for approving product models for use. Select OK.
Select a value in the Pricing method field.
Select Activate to release the product configuration model.
