Asset attribute overview

Asset attributes are properties that are related to an asset type or an asset. If you've set up attribute types and used them on assets, you can get an overview of the attribute values that are set up on the assets.

You can view this information in one of two ways: from the Asset attribute overview or the Asset attribute.

The Asset attribute overview page shows a separate line for each asset. The line shows all attribute types that are related to that asset.

  1. Go to Asset Management > Inquiries > Assets > Asset attribute overview. The Asset attribute overview dialog box appears.

  2. In the Asset type field, select an asset type from the drop-down menu and then select OK. The Asset attribute overview page appears, showing a separate line for each attribute type that is used on an asset.

  1. Go to Asset management > Inquiries > Assets > Asset attributes. The Asset attributes page shows all attribute types.
