Symptoms
The contacts aren't what you expected to see, or no contacts appear in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote Assist.
Cause 1: Not signed in to the right account
Resolution
Make sure you're signed in to Microsoft Teams with the account you use on your HoloLens.
Cause 2: Dynamics 365 Remote Assist doesn't refresh
Resolution
Close and reopen Dynamics 365 Remote Assist.
